Parking sensor
Category: Ultrasonic Transducer Product Inquiry
Assists vehicle parking using low-frequency ultrasonic obstacle detection transducer.
A Low-Frequency Parking Transducer is a type of ultrasonic sensor designed to assist vehicles in detecting nearby obstacles during parking. Operating typically in the 40–60 kHz range, this transducer emits low-frequency sound waves that reflect off objects such as walls, other vehicles, or pedestrians. The time taken for the echo to return is measured to calculate the distance.
Low-frequency operation offers better performance in open-air and noisy environments, with stronger penetration and longer detection range compared to high-frequency counterparts. It is widely used in reverse parking sensors, blind spot detection, and automated parking systems.
