Do you have export authorization?

What is your production capacity?

We operate two factories with a total production space of 25,000㎡, allowing us to handle large-scale manufacturing efficiently. With well-equipped facilities and a flexible production system, we are capable of supporting both small batch orders and high-volume production runs to meet diverse customer needs.

Can I station a representative at your factory?

Yes, we welcome your representative to station at our factory for project supervision, quality control, or coordination purposes. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange the necessary access, workspace, and support.

In addition to manufacturing listed products, can you support assembly on your production lines?

Yes, we can. In addition to producing our standard products, we also offer assembly services based on your specific requirements. If you need component integration, partial or full product assembly, or packaging support, we can evaluate the feasibility and provide a tailored solution. Please share your project details so we can further assess.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes, you are very welcome to visit our factory in Chengdu, China. We’re happy to arrange a tour, introduce you to our production process, and discuss your project in person. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

Do you provide on-site (field) technical support?

We primarily offer remote technical support through video calls, detailed documentation, and online communication. For large-scale projects or special cases, on-site support can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss the details.

Do you have offices in other countries?

No, our headquarters and production facilities are located in Chengdu, China. However, we serve customers worldwide and provide full support remotely through email, video calls, and logistics partners.
